Do what you love

Well our holiday is over and today has been non-stop.  I am so grateful for one of my dear friends pointing out that during this flurry of activity it is important to remember self-care so after I post this I am going to spend a nice chunk of time meditating and connecting with those grounding energies.

Recharging and slowing things down.

Regardless, I have enjoyed the task-laden day today.  I can’t give justice to the feeling of sheer joy I have in bringing this all to life. From negotiating the lease to buying items for displaying those pretty rocks to organising the first stock buying trip I have relished each moment.  That feeling of doing something for the first time is one of those precious memories to embrace to its fullest in all its sensory glory.  That never to be repeated moment is even sweeter knowing there are so many new experiences to come.  Some, I recognise, I might not relish at the time but are still a valuable part of this incredible journey.

Doing what I love whether it be for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
