Nature’s gift

I woke up a little tired from frankly too many late nights in a row. Rather than beat myself up and languish on the sofa I asked for assistance from nature. After healing with Mother’s Earth first progeny, those pretty rocks, we went for a wander in Primrose Hill to connect with their ancient brethren, the trees.

We seemed to have picked the perfect day to see these amazing beings at their most expansive and lush. I immediately felt such appreciation and love.

Connecting to their energy is always grounding whether Sequoia or Sycamore and with their permission will happily share their energy, revitalising the spirit.

And it’s that precious gift that I am very grateful for today.
