Thing must be returning to normal because that Friday feeling has struck again. After my love letter to writing yesterday I found myself not knowing what to write.

I spent most of my day focused on finding my replacement at work. Reading CVs and conducting telephone interviews in between a number of meetings. For anyone involved in recruitment you know that this can involve intense focus and I think what has happened is I’m communicated out. All my words for today that were waiting to come out have been expressed in some way or another. Even these words feel like wringing out the last few drops of moisture left.

So now I must recharge and stay silent.

Oh well, not the most exciting post in the world. And no pub either.

Humm, does this mean you are not going out drinking tonight? Sometimes it is important to be still and silent. Probably was a shitty band playing at the pub anyways, ha!

I'd love to hear from you...
